Good morning, backers. Thank you for your patience with us being less responsive for the past week with our frustrating primary computer failure. We are finally back up and running (thanks, Time Machine!) and should catch up on the backlog in the next day or two.

We’ve been told that shipping continues but they remain behind schedule due to staffing issues. Consequently, the original end-of-May deadline will not be met – but no precise revised timeline has been provided yet. They have identified recent bottlenecks and have worked to make the process more efficient. Furthermore, they believe the issue with tracking number email notifications has been solved moving forward. Emails should come from [email protected], so please keep an eye on your spam filter as well.

Warehouse indicates they are about a week from completing shipping.
➡️ EU/UK
We finally heard an update from the warehouse that fulfilment will start for EU addresses next week – significantly later than we were lead to believe. We haven’t heard from the UK warehouse specifically, but we do know that the product has arrived there.
➡️ AUS/INT
Pledges have shipped to other destinations. Due to long transit times, not all international backers will have received their products yet. We believe that tracking numbers were sent.
If you haven’t received your pledge yet, please continue being patient – the wait will soon be over. Remember that some backer was the first to ship out and some backer will be the last to ship out (and this may be your pledge that’s last out the door). The individual warehouses all have their own systems for ordering package shipments, and it’s not possible to predict when your specific pledge will be shipped.
We do not have access to tracking numbers, we do not know when your shipment will arrive, and we do not have any other information than what we have posted above. If you contact us us asking for information about your shipment, we will have no other answer than pointing you to this Kickstarter update. We are very sorry it’s been so frustrating these past few weeks in particular.
Once we reach mid-June (formerly end of May), we expect all warehouses will have shipped all the packages. If you still haven’t received yours (or at least a tracking number email) by June 15th, reach out to [email protected] and we’ll investigate for you. We thank you for your patience waiting until June 15th to contact us so we can ensure all packages have shipped.
Remember: there's no need to worry that you won't receive your pledge! If you paid for product and provided an accurate shipping address, we can say with absolute certainty that you will receive your Anime 5E rewards from us.

Once again, we appreciate your patience waiting for your pledges to arrive. We believe our warehouse partners underestimated the time it would take them to fulfil the many thousands of pledges under their current staff shortages, and we are very sorry communication from them has been inconsistent. When we have further details to share, we will certainly let you know.
Hey everyone. As more and more backer are receiving their pledges, we have been receiving a few emails about fulfilment errors and shipping problems.
Before reaching out to us, please read Update #84 about timelines since your package may not have shipped yet or it may be on its way now. Please wait until the end of May before reaching out to us if your pledge hasn’t arrived yet.
As mentioned in multiple updates, emailing [email protected] is the best (and preferably, only) way to reach out to us with concerns.
The US and CDN warehouses (and hopefully EU and UK warehouse) are furiously working to get all pledges out the doors. Errors brought to our attention (such as missing or incorrect products) will be forwarded to their attention, but resolution may not be immediate due to their workload. Thank you for your patience.
This is important information repeated from Update 77:
We want to make it as easy as possible for you to receive Anime 5E when it’s ready to fulfil. Everyone who pledged for a physical product paid a shipping fee through BackerKit, which will be applied to one shipment attempt. If your pledge shipment is not accepted for delivery or returned to the warehouse for any reason (other than our own fault, of course), you will need to pay the shipping fee again to receive your physical pledge. We will work with you to arrange payment of this second shipping fee through PayPal.
Below are a few reasons your shipment may not be successfully delivered:
Last week, the memory on the primary Dyskami production and marketing computer died. Since the memory is fused to the custom logic board, our computer at the shop for repairs for an estimated two weeks. Eek!
Fortunately, we have an excellent backup system and don’t expect to lose anything significant. We have computers and mobile devices we’re using during this time, but don’t have the same full range of archival files and data, and thus our interaction on social media and email is less optimal than usual. “Looking stuff up” has now become a time-consuming chore, but we’re doing our best with what we have. Thank you for your patience if we aren’t as responsive or communicative as usual.

Over the weekend, we received some detail refinement on shipping pledge rewards and wanted to pass them on. If you have yet to receive your shipment, please read this entire post.
1. The US fulfilment warehouse is a couple of weeks behind from their original fulfilment schedule due to staffing issues. While they are shipping out close to 300 pledges each day, they still have 1-2 weeks before they expect every pledge to be sent.
2. Going along with #1, apparently there are some technical issues with tracking numbers being emailed reliably to backers. If you receive one before your pledge arrives, you’re one of the lucky ones because it seems the packages just shows up unannounced for most backers.
3. The stock has arrived in the UK. There’s a backlog in the warehouse for packages to send out, so UK fulfilment hasn’t started yet. We hope this week (or at least soon).
4. We still haven’t received any reliable information from our EU warehouse about the status of their shipments to backers. We are told information will be coming “soon” – which is (frustratingly) what we’ve been hearing for a while now.
5. More than half the Canadian orders have been shipped from our partner in Toronto. Work will be continuing there for a couple of weeks.
